NFS also recognises the protections afforded to individuals located in the European Economic Area (the “EEA”) regarding personal information.

Personal information we may collect and how we may use it

How we may share personal information with third parties

  • We may share your personal information with third party service providers or data processors that help manage our business and deliver services, for example, IT service providers who help manage our IT and back-office systems or administer the NFS sites and services. Transferring personal information globally

We may transfer to and store the personal information we collect in countries other than the country in which the personal information was originally collected, including countries outside the EU/EEA, in accordance with applicable law. Cookies and similar technologies

We cannot control nor are responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other applications or websites. Credit card or other financial information submitted by you during the online purchase of products and services on the website are not visible, collected or stored by us, either on the website, or any other system managed by us. All credit card transactions are processed directly via a third-party payment processor, and at no point during the payment transaction is credit card or other financial information available to us. Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time so please review it frequently. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and notify you if we make material changes. Access, Deletion, and/or Correction of Your Personal Information

Services Platform

Our services collect information under the direction of our customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer or employee of one of our customers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our customers that uses our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.

NFS Technology acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. NFS Technology has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes on our service platform. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the NFS Technology’s customer (the data controller). If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
